New Student Application

Welcome to the New Student online application. Please take note of all necessary steps for enrollment on our application process page.

Upon submission, an email will be sent confirming receipt of the application. However, the application will not be considered complete until the application fee has been received at the HCA office. Applications for PreK/Kindergarten students also require an additional application supplement which can also be filled out online.

Please plan on completing this application in one sitting; partial applications cannot be saved and later restored. It should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete this application. After submission, if you need to update or change any information, please contact the HCA office directly.
